The headquarters of İş Bank, located in İstanbul, Levent was an inspiring branded space project that we enjoyed very much and were able to create a colorful, energetic and fun space that is designed according to the philosophy of agile transformation. Based on the brief that we received, we wanted to create a space identity that goes beyond İş Bank's corporate identity and fits agile working philosophy. We started working for the 8th floor of the headquarters and created both motivational and functional design ideas around the core. We used a dynamic mix of fonts, colours, shapes and materials so that we create the feeling of working together yet keeping distinct proficiencies. The results were great so that we started working for other floors of the HQ building.

While working for the 8th floor of İşbank's Headquarters, we created the perfect balance between fun & energy so that the atmosphere in the office is inspiring, motivating and energizing. While designing areas of interaction, we paid attention to maintain the design language.
The challenging part of this project was to combine many different elements and maintaining the harmony while doing so. Hence, we were able to create a well defined and dynamic atmosphere within the workplace.
While working for the atmosphere desing, we divided spaces with the reference of their functions and usages. For lockers, we made use of bold typography and maintained consistency. For planning boards, we used cork and divided 3 phases as yesterday, today and tomorrow. We have created a pool of ideas to encourage people to write and communicate their ideas and opinions. Hence, we brought all ideas together and created one of the most enjoyable workplaces in İşbank Towers.
